Senior & Sport Physiotherapist

He worked with experienced physiotherapists, including Olympic physiotherapist in Sydney for seven years, and during this time he also provided physiotherapy support for Macquarie University Australian Rules Football teams and Hunters Hill Rugby Union teams. He made the transition to the UK in 2008, where he worked a year in a renowned private practice in the Square Mile in London.
Charles’ special interest areas are in Sports injuries, Lower limb biomechanics, Spinal pain/headaches, and Orthopaedic rehabilitation. He utilises a “hands-on” manual approach, combined with functional rehabilitation to provide short and long-term relief of symptoms.
In his spare time, Charles enjoys basketball, tennis, baseball and most of all spending time with his wife.

Dennis graduated from the University of Sydney, School of Physiotherapy in 2008. He initially practiced in the hospital setting, which included Concord Repatriation General Hospital; Royal Prince Alfred Hospital; and overseas in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hong Kong which provided him with a large exposure of patient presentations and treatment options. He has since practiced as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the private setting since 2013, serving patients across Eastwood, Epping, Ryde, Meadowbank, Campsie, Hurstville and more.
Dennis has vast experience in treatments of spinal conditions with particular interest in the rehabilitation of chronic neck and shoulder problems. He understands the frustration of lingering issues while seeking different medical professionals without long term results. He believes that management need to be holistic; beginning with a detailed examination, an accurate diagnosis of the potential causes, and a clear plan that includes effective treatment, advice and modifications in the client’s daily life.
In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing basketball, tennis, piano and also making delicious foods to feed his wife.

Credentialed Diabetes Educator – University Technology Sydney (UTS)
Angela has been a practising Dietitian for more than 15 years and has been a diabetes educator since 2008.
Angela specialises in Diabetes and is a credentialed Diabetes Educator UTS. As a Diabetes Educator, she assists people who have Type 1, Type 2 and gestational Diabetes or who are at risk of diabetes. She provides them and their families and carers the information, knowledge, skills, motivation and confidence they need to manage their condition, including lifestyle changes, monitoring blood sugar levels (BSL), glycaemic targets, hypoglycaemia management and insulin injection techniques which are crucial skills for diabetes self management.
Angela is also experienced in giving specialised dietary and nutritional advice to patients with acute and chronic problems. These include patients with liver problems (e.g. fatty liver, hepatitis), kidney impairment, eating disorders, gout, coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, food allergies, lactose intolerance and weight management.
